History

 

  • 2007- CLTC Renewable and Makwa Ltd. first steps in Poland, including building a local team of business development, marketing, sales and technical professionals and companies; initiated viable partnerships with government offices/officials in Poland and EU to apply for government grants at EU/local level

  • 2010 - CERAC Wind is established as an independent power producer (IPP) involved in wind farm infrastructure in Poland (www.cerac.eu). Kanin project was selected among 15 to receive EU Grants out of about 1000 receiving USD 8 Mil. 

  • 2013 - CERAC sells 50% shares to an Israeli based Infrastructure fund active in the domain of infrastructure and renewable energy in Europe. Now expanding to large (> 300 MW) wind farm projects

  • 2014 - Poland Ventures is established by Makwa Ltd and Pawel Wojteczek with the help of the two first investors in CERAC to expand from wind infrastructure into other energy and biomed projects

  • 2015 – PV Capital starts operations
