MA from Medical University of Lodz and postgraduate study Berkeley, CA. Entrepreneur that since 1993 founded and managed several companies. Founder of wood and furniture DECO Group, managing 110 employees.Since 2007 expanded into the energy sector, which has evolved in to renewable energy projects total output of 170 MW. Since 2011 CEO of CERAC Luxembourg group focusing on financing and building wind farm in Poland with a portfolio of about 300MW of operating, under construction and late development projects. Poland Ventures offers a wide range of viable financing and business development opportunities for companies with unique IP and related technologiesand products. We pride ourselves in the success of our current ventures, coupled with the onset of new clients and prospects in exciting new business sectors.

Adam Ofek
Over 28 years of asset management investment banking and brokerage experience. SEC, NASD, SFA and member of EASDAQ. Since 2010 Chairman of CERAC Luxembourg Group a European Private Wind IPP based in Poland. Raised more than 1 Billion Dollars in syndication as co- manager. Specialized in infrastructure, financial services wit many deals done in High Tech. Managed over 120 employees including 10 top rated Analysts and 70 Brokers. Formerly co-managed European-based investment vehicles, Mutual Funds for over 1000 High Net worth individuals and in 2007 was a key instrumental manager in the privatization in Israel of the Gaddish 4.2B USD fund finally merged with Psagot.

David Vita
30 years of corporate management experience. Co-founded CERAC Luxembourg group while previously has held top management positions in technology companies that went from the idea to exit. Formerly managed the Massachusetts State and Port Authorities Office of Business Development in Israel for 3 consecutive appointments also in charge of FDI. Alumnus McKinsey & Co and PWC. Fluent in Italian, French, English and Hebrew.

Pawel Woteczek
more than 20 years of executive positions, managing sales and production of building materials. Biochemical engineer formerly in charge of setting up new production plants for “Jadar” one of the largest concrete stone factory in Poland. Managed more than 100 employees. Founder and CEO of FORTY company specialized in training and consulting on EU grants, 2010-2011 Euroviasp z o.o. - B. Sc. on Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
